Our Tech III focuses on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical equipment, material handling equipment, and other specialized equipment. Our world class facility offers multiple opportunities for you to put your skills to work.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

Be The Expert: Maintain working knowledge of refrigeration principles and tools to operate and repair AC equipmentSolve: Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls on heating, ventilation and AC equipmentPreform: Complete regular preventative maintenance on snow removal equipment and other specialty machinesBe Precise: Maintain working knowledge of reading electrical diagrams/schematics and experience with general shop equipmentCollaborate: Effectively complete work orders, enter in job notes, and maintain records of maintenance preformedSupport: Preform all types of building repairs to maintain our world class facility

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

High School Diploma or GED preferredRelevant coursework in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, mechanical repair, or carpentry preferred2 years heating, air conditioning and ventilation; concrete repair, light electrical work and plumbing experience requiredAbility to operate basic shop equipmentValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needsAbility to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the departmentPre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
