Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a diverse set of maintenance skills, including painting, plumbing, woodworking, concrete repair, electrical work, and a willingness to tackle various miscellaneous tasks, as well as some light administrative responsibilities. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the appearance and functionality of our managed building, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our residents and visitors.
Compensation: $33-$37/hr.
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client''s property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client''s directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
