Job Description: People Plus is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves performing general maintenance and repair tasks across multiple property locations. Ideal candidates should be comfortable traveling locally and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain toilets and plumbing fixtures
Replace or adjust window blinds
Patch and repair minor wall damage (e.g., holes, scuffs)
Repair or replace damaged flooring
Complete other basic maintenance tasks as needed
Travel between properties during work hours (transportation required)
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair tasks
Ability to use common hand tools and repair materials
Reliable transportation to travel between locations
Punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$13.00 per hour
