We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Vernon Hills, IL, 60061. Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Conduct repairs and installations of fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Assist in the coordination of vendor services and outside contractors.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and improvements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in building maintenance is a plus.
Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
2-3 Years of experience.
