Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and versatile Building Maintenance Technician to support facility operations in Tulsa, OK. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong handyman or maintenance experience who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and handling a variety of repair and upkeep tasks.

This role requires flexibility, on-call availability, and a willingness to respond when facility needs arise. If you re hands-on, mechanically capable, and comfortable handling both indoor and outdoor maintenance work, this could be a strong fit.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven building maintenance or handyman experience REQUIRED
Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repair work
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience safely using hand tools and power tools
Ability to handle physical maintenance work throughout the day
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Must be available for on-call assignments, weekends, and holidays
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform general building maintenance and facility repair work
Complete basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and handyman repairs
Respond to scheduled and on-call maintenance service requests
Perform grounds maintenance including mowing and exterior upkeep
Inspect buildings and facilities for maintenance concerns or safety issues
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards
Support additional facility upkeep tasks as needed
Additional Information
On-call position with flexible scheduling requirements
Minimum 2-hour pay guarantee when called in
Weekend and holiday availability REQUIRED
Work Environment
Combination of indoor and outdoor work environments
Exposure to weather, tools, maintenance equipment, and active facilities
Physically active role requiring lifting, bending, climbing, walking, and repetitive movement
