Part-Time Building Maintenance Technician

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week (Flexible Schedule)

A local church is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Part-Time Building Maintenance Technician to help maintain church facilities and grounds. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed
• Conduct routine inspections of church facilities and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of church grounds and exterior areas
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, and equipment for church events and activities
• Perform preventative maintenance on church equipment and facilities
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
