This position is responsible for:
The Salvation Army Potomac Division is seeking a reliable, hands-on, and service-minded Building Maintenance Worker I to support the daily care, safety, and functionality of Potomac Divisional Headquarters. This position is ideal for an individual who takes pride in maintaining clean, orderly, and well-operating facilities and enjoys performing a variety of practical maintenance, grounds, vehicle, and support tasks.
Under the supervision of the Divisional Property Manager, this role performs routine building maintenance, minor repairs, groundskeeping, vehicle maintenance coordination, furniture setup, errands, and general property support. The successful candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, responsive to operational needs, and committed to helping create a welcoming environment that supports the mission and work of The Salvation Army..
