Bradsby Group is seeking a driven, competitive Recruiter to join our Building Materials division. We partner with leading manufacturers, distributors, and specialty contractors across North America, helping them hire top talent while giving our recruiters the opportunity to build a highly successful business.
What You'll Do
- Develop new client relationships through business development and networking.
- Recruit sales, operations, engineering, project management, estimating, and executive professionals.
- Conduct high-volume outreach to candidates and prospective clients.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, and other recruiting tools to build talent pipelines.
- Manage the full recruiting cycle from business development through offer acceptance.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, business development, or B2B sales experience.
- A true hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Building materials, manufacturing, industrial, or specialty contractor experience is a plus.
