TempExperts is partnering with a modern, high-end showroom environment seeking a driven and knowledgeable sales professional to build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and architects across the Tampa Bay area (primarily Pinellas County).

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and architects
• Conduct sales calls and meet with walk-in showroom clients
• Educate customers on product offerings and Florida construction codes
• Read blueprints and perform accurate material take-offs
• Prepare quotes, coordinate with vendors, and manage the full sales cycle
• Track customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of building materials and Florida construction codes
• Ability to read blueprints and perform take-offs
• Strong math, computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience preferred; construction or lumberyard background a plus
• Reliable personal vehicle for client visits
• Minimum of 1 year of sales or construction-related experience
