Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour | Shift: 7 AM-4 PM | Monday-Friday

Building Plans Examiner - Construction Code Review Specialist: Education Requirements
Building Plans Examiner - Construction Code Review Specialist: Experience Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years of experience performing municipal combination inspections for residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience performing building plan review for a public agency OR one (1) year of progressively responsible experience in:
Architecture
Structural or engineering design
Drafting
Construction
Building code compliance
Experience interpreting construction documents, blueprints, architectural plans, and engineering drawings.
Experience applying building codes and regulations in a construction or inspection environment.
Ability to obtain ICC Plans Examiner certification within 12 months of hire.
