Shift Options:
Sunday-Thursday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM – $23.00/hr
Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM – $25.00/hr
Job Summary
We are seeking a Technician – Building Services to help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant manufacturing environment within a biomedical production facility. This position is responsible for facility cleaning, floor care, equipment operation, and supporting maintenance activities while ensuring controlled manufacturing areas meet quality and environmental standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain offices, manufacturing areas, laboratories, and common spaces.
- Perform vacuuming, dusting, mopping, trash removal, recycling, window cleaning, and floor care.
- Operate and maintain auto floor scrubbers, burnishing buffers, stripping machines, and commercial vacuums.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of controlled manufacturing environments.
- Support the Maintenance Department with indoor and outdoor building service needs.
- Complete inspection records and required documentation.
- Assist with quarterly facility shutdowns and overtime work when needed.
- Help train and onboard new team members.
- Follow all safety, security, and environmental policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous custodial, janitorial, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience operating auto floor scrubbers, burnishing buffers, stripping machines, and commercial vacuums required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
