  • Previous experience operating commercial cleaning equipment preferred.

  • Burnishing buffers
  • Floor stripping machines
  • Commercial vacuums
RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all areas of the facility using approved methods and materials.
  • Perform routine janitorial duties including:Vacuuming
  • Dusting
  • Mopping
  • Trash removal
  • Recycling
  • Window cleaning
  • Floor care and resurfacing
  • Operate and maintain facility equipment, including:Auto floor scrubbers
  • Burnishing buffers
  • Floor stripping machines
  • Commercial vacuums
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled cleaning and maintenance of Controlled
  • Environment Areas (CEAs) to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
  • Assist the Maintenance Department with indoor and outdoor building services as needed.
  • Complete Inspection Record Log Book entries accurately and on time.
  • Support quarterly facility shutdowns and work overtime when required.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate important information to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with training and onboarding new Building Services team members.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Building Services Technician II to support facility cleanliness, maintenance, and safety at a biomedical manufacturing facility in Exton, PA. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, secure, and compliant work environment while ensuring production areas meet the high standards required for medical device manufacturing.

Location: Exton, PA
Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Shift: Second Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday
