Building Superintendent Orlando Area

ICI Homes is seeking an experienced and motivated Building Superintendent to join our team in the Orlando area. This role is responsible for overseeing all phases of residential construction, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all phases of new home construction, from start to final closing
• Coordinate on-site construction activities for all trades and ensure timely project progression
• Schedule subcontractors and oversee delivery of materials
• Supervise subcontractor work across multiple homes within a community
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and building specifications
• Enforce safety regulations and communicate safety expectations to all subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with Florida building codes and applicable regulations
• Identify and resolve quality control issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate and facilitate required inspections
• Conduct homeowner walk-throughs and support the customer experience throughout the build process
• Manage customer expectations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with a Florida-based residential homebuilder
• Strong knowledge of Florida Building Codes and safety regulations
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
