Building Supervisor

Bradley Professional is currently seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor for their client located in Raleigh, NC

The Building Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of multiple properties. Duties include performing commercial plumbing repairs, light electrical work, replacing ceiling tiles, and monitoring computerized building temperature controls. This position oversees HVAC technicians to ensure building systems are operational each morning, conducts routine property inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns, and assists with general property upkeep, including trash removal. The role also provides daily supervision and direction to two maintenance employees.
