What You’ll Take Ownership Of

• Carrying out routine service and corrective repairs on core building systems—HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Conducting recurring facility walkthroughs and inspections to spot, report, and resolve potential concerns early.
• Responding quickly to maintenance tickets from staff and closing them out in a timely, professional manner.
• Documenting work performed and maintaining clear, accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Helping stage, set up, and break down rooms and equipment for meetings and events as needed.
• Upholding safety standards while keeping shop areas and job sites clean, orderly, and compliant.
• Partnering with teammates to streamline processes and improve overall facility reliability and efficiency.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related trade is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or a closely related role.
• Solid understanding of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating within a team.
• Clear communication skills and a service-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
