About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems and structures.
  • Building technician 
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve building system issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
