BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE

Day Shift - Monday - Thursday and Saturdays (VHS)

Qualifications:

1. Required to obtain a Black Seal Boiler Operators license within the first year of employment

2. Knowledge of grounds keeping equipment and landscaping

3. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively

4. Must possess a valid driver's license

5. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal alien status

Salary Range: $44,667 - $56,812 (2026-2027 School Year) plus $1,500 Black Seal Stipend (upon obtaining), Saturday Maintenance Personnel shall receive an additional annual salary of four percent (4%) above their Schedule F salary, as per the Association Agreements with the Board of Education.
