The Greendale School District is accepting applications for a full-time, calendar-year Maintenance position. This is a Monday through Friday position on first shift, 6:30am - 3:00pm. Opportunities exist for overtime if interested. The Greendale School District is accepting applications for a 1st shift Maintenance Service person. This is a full-time, year-round position. Qualified candidates will have experience and expertise in the operation and maintenance in the areas of plumbing, boilers, controls, HVAC units, electrical and/or carpentry. Qualified candidates must maintain a valid Driver''s License and good driving record, and be able to obtain and maintain a Certified Pool Operator''s license.

This position has responsibility to maintain the physical school facilities, grounds and capital equipment. This position assumes responsibility for the preventative maintenance of building operations, including HVAC, boilers, plumbing and electrical needs. This position works in close proximity with Building Custodians and other maintenance personnel. The Maintenance Department performs repairs and maintenance for the school buildings and grounds on a regular basis, and responds to emergency repair problems. Qualified applicants have extensive maintenance and service experience.
