Job Description Summary

The Built-In Quality (BIQ) Digitization Leader will play a pivotal role in accelerating the Schenectady Factory's transition to Target Condition 2 (TC2) and Target Condition 3 (TC3) by digitizing quality systems, modernizing Built-In Quality tools, and deploying Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that enable proactive defect prevention and operational excellence. This role directly supports the factory's Zero Defect vision through the integration of digital technologies into the BIQ ecosystem. The successful candidate will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Lean, Digital Technology, and Operations teams to transform traditionally manual quality processes into scalable digital solutions that improve process capability, increase visibility, accelerate problem solving, and reduce Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ).

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,600.00 and $174,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
