COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $19.00–$19.25 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
• Employment Type: W-2
• Anticipated Assignment: Through January 15, 2027
ROLE IMPACT
Support daily warehouse operations by accurately receiving, sorting, and processing inbound freight to keep inventory flowing efficiently. Success in this role is measured by accuracy, safety, productivity, and adherence to established warehouse procedures and quality standards.
• Receive and process inbound freight by verifying merchandise against purchase orders, packing slips, and warehouse system records.
• Sort packages by vendor and purchase order, repalletize freight as needed, and prepare inventory for putaway.
• Receive shipments into the warehouse computer system with accurate item, quantity, and order information.
• Unload trucks using powered material handling equipment and transport priority items to the Control Desk or supervisor when required.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safe warehouse operating procedures while supporting special projects as assigned.
• Ability to safely operate or successfully complete training on required powered material handling equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable warehouse experience.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to read, write, perform basic math, use computers, and follow written and verbal instructions.
Equipment & Work Environment
• Operate powered warehouse equipment following required safety procedures and certification guidelines.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse computer systems to process inventory accurately.
• Work in a fast-paced distribution center while handling multiple tasks and maintaining productivity.
• Read product labels and identify items with similar size, color, or vendor codes.
• Follow established workplace safety, quality, and operational standards at all times.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Knowledge of basic warehouse receiving and inventory processes.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
