Step into a day in this role

Your day shift begins at 5:45 AM on our 2-2-3 rotating schedule. You review the production plan, verify tank capacities, and stage hoses and fittings. When a tanker arrives, you connect, unload, and document alcohol receipts with precision. Between transfers, you run blending, batching, and filtration to exact formulas and SOPs, keep an eye on gauges and tank readings, and coordinate with production and the lab for approvals. Throughout the shift, you help the team hit targets by improving flow, minimizing waste, and keeping the work area spotless and compliant.

Core responsibilities

  • Safely unload tanker trucks carrying alcohol and execute bulk receiving with accurate documentation.
  • Operate blending, batching, filtering, and product transfer activities per approved formulas, SOPs, and production schedules.
  • Track inventory and tank levels; record data that supports precise production and timely lab approvals.
  • Uphold safety, food safety, quality, GMP, and environmental standards while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  • Partner across departments to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and achieve production goals.

2-2-3 rotating schedule | Day shift (5:45 AM – 6:00 PM)

What you bring

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, processing, or batching environment.
  • Must be 21+ years of age.

Preferred qualifications

  • Hands-on background in processing, batching, or blending operations.
  • Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or food/beverage manufacturing standards.

Physical requirements

  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Comfort working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
