Bulk Sales Associate (Bilingual ENG/KOR)

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Process bulk sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant
• Coordinate with various internal departments, including sales, logistics, and finance, to facilitate the fulfillment of bulk orders
• Communicate with clients to confirm order details, provide updates on order status, and address any inquiries or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, including customer information, order details, and payment status.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to support decision-making.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability for bulk orders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed

Hourly Pay Rate: $15.92 - $20.70

• Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
