Bunching Operator (1st Shift)

Santa Teresa Company Seeking Bunching Operators

Rotating Schedule/12hr shifts

• Bunch multiple/single wires within the final product tolerances due to customer specifications & production parameters
• Determine setup procedures & select machine parts; according to production plan
• Load inlet wires on pay offs and unload the empty ones when finished
• make preliminary test production
• take the wire samples & submit for QC lab for testing
• Maintain process control/production records
• Wrap the finished reels with cardboard/stretch film & hang on the labels
• Carry & place the finished products to the stocking/packaging area
• Make necessary interventions/inform supervisor about defective production
• Do simple maintenance & cleaning of the machinery
• Clean work area and keep all equipment /tools properly maintained
