The Position
Job Appointment: Full Time, Regular
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Alternate schedules may be available.
Work Location: Hybrid. This position reports to 6844 N, Cutter Circle, Portland, OR 97217. Remote work must be performed within Oregon or Washington. For more information, click here.

Starting Pay: The City of Portland follows the Oregon Equal Pay Act. Your salary is determined based on the experience listed in your resume that is directly related and equivalent to the position for which you are applying.
Position Summary:
The Bureau of Fleet and Facilities (BFF) is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Bureau Program Coordinator to provide critical coordination and operational support for bureau-wide initiatives that improve organizational performance and service delivery.
This position serves as the operational backbone for several high-profile programs, including administration of the Citys Take Home Vehicle Policy, coordination of the citywide telematics program, strategic planning support, performance measurement, and bureau-wide administrative initiatives. The successful candidate will help ensure projects stay on schedule, performance data is accurate and meaningful, documentation is complete, and internal customers receive timely, responsive service.
