Job Summary:
As a Burger King Team Member at Onvo, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing delicious food in a fast-paced and friendly environment. You will be a key part of our team, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
Job Responsibilities:
* Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
* Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide correct change.
* Prepare food items according to Burger King standards and recipes, including grilling burgers, frying, and assembling sandwiches.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
* Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
* Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
* Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and courteously.
Job Qualifications:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent customer service orientation.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required.
* Must be at least 16 years of age.
