Job Summary
As a Burger King Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Job Responsibilities:
* Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.
* Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.
* Prepare food items according to Burger King's strict quality and safety standards.
* Cook and assemble burgers, fries, and other menu items.
* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior premises.
* Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
* Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
* Follow all health and safety regulations.
* Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
Job Qualifications:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
