Job Description:

Job Summary:

As a Burger King Team Member at Onvo, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Job Responsibilities:

* Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.
* Operate cash register, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide correct change.
* Prepare food items according to Burger King's recipes and standards, including grilling, frying, and assembling sandwiches.
* Ensure food quality and freshness, and adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and other restaurant areas.
* Restock inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies, as needed.
* Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning equipment and preparing for the next shift.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a positive attitude.
* Uphold Burger King and Onvo's standards for service, quality, and cleanliness.

Job Qualifications:

* Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred, but not required.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
* Must be at least 16 years of age.
