We are looking for a motivated and experienced Shift Lead to help launch our fast-casual burrito and bowl concept (think Chipotle or Qdoba). What You’ll Do:
As a Burrito Bros. Shift Lead, you’ll support the Store Manager in daily operations while leading by example to ensure a high-performing team and exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and mentoring team members, including Cashiers and Food Prep staff
• 
  
• Assisting with scheduling, training, and performance feedback
• 
  
• Ensuring smooth operations during shifts, including guest service, food prep, and store cleanliness
• 
  
• Handling cash, deposits, and transactions accurately
• 
  
• Upholding food safety and sanitation standards
• 
  
• Supporting the Store Manager in achieving operational and service goals
•
