Starting Pay: $22.24/hour (Step 1 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement)
Pay Range: $22.24-$24.39/hour (Steps 1 through 7 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement)

Job Description
The Bus Agent works to support the needs of airline tenants in the transportation of their passengers between remote aircraft locations and the terminal. This customer-facing role ensures the timely transport of passengers in a fast-paced airport environment while focusing on safety and the adherence to airport traffic rules and regulations.

Physical Demands & Work Conditions
Lifting/Carrying: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry baggage weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 75 pounds or more. This often involves lifting items onto raised surfaces and into confined areas.
Movement:
Driving/Operating Equipment: Must be able to operate busses up to 40' in length and 8 passenger vans, which requires a valid driver''s license and the physical capability to do so safely.
Vision/Hearing: Clear vision (including depth perception and peripheral vision) and hearing are required for monitoring flight information, communication via radio/headsets, and safely driving near active taxiways in a noisy environment.
Outdoor Exposure: The job is performed primarily outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
Noise and Environment: The work environment is very noisy, near active aircraft engines and may involve exposure to fumes, dust, and other airborne particles. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is usually provided and required.
Union Information
This position is part of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Per the CBA, work schedules are awarded based on seniority. New hires are awarded their initial shift based on operational need. Therefore, the company cannot guarantee certain days off.
