Roles and Responsibilities:
The individual will contribute to support of incentive marketing offers Monitor incoming requests from Branches and Care Centers, then research and resolve
Create and maintain Excel reports
Schedule and lead meetings
Import files to an application and verify results
Process data and validate results Perform research to address payment disputes / communicate results
Analyze data to identify trends
The individual will spend a considerable amount of time on audits and validations. Attention to detail, focus on accuracy, and analytical/Investigative mindset is crucial.
This position requires effective written and verbal communication skills and strong collaboration ability. A qualified candidate is a self-starter who is eager to take ownership and is accountable for results.
