Join The Greater Dayton School team as a Part-Time School Bus Driver.
Assist the schools bus route while ensuring safety for all students.
Hours: Monday - Friday 6am-8:30am 4pm - 6:30pm No holidays or weekends
Responsibilities will include:
• Learn the bus routes • Drive bus routes during the timeframe • Helping students get buckled in with assistance from aide • Keeping students seated, monitored by bus aide • Communicating with other bus drivers • Ensuring Student Safety, monitored by bus aide • Taking Attendance • Safe Transportation of Students
Safety and reliability are two of the most important factors in the transportation for students to and from our School.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older Must have current CDL with passenger endorsement and/or school bus equivalent Must have HS Diploma or equivalent Must be willing to authorize a background check Previous work or experience with youth preferred
