Looking for a job where you can make a difference every day? We're hiring two Bus Driver/Maintenance & Transportation team members to help safely transport students and support school operations. Best of all, you do not need a CDL to apply. The school district will help you obtain your CDL with a bus endorsement.

What You'll DoDrive Students Safely
Transport students and staff on routes, field trips and athletic activities
Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers
Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of buses
Communicate with transportation staff using radio equipment
Support Maintenance & Transportation Operations
When not driving, you'll assist with:
Preventive maintenance throughout district facilities
Keeping buses and equipment in good working condition
Inspecting playground equipment monthly
Snow removal, mowing and general grounds maintenance
Operating power tools and motorized equipment safely
Schedule
Full-time, 9-month position
Monday-Friday with some weekends as needed
Hours vary and may begin as early as 6: 50 AM
Athletic and activity trips may require afternoon and evening hours
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable operating power tools and maintenance equipment
Ability to communicate clearly using radio systems
Must maintain a neat, professional appearance
Must pass a state-required physical examination
Must complete a driving demonstration with district personnel
CDL with bus endorsement required, but training and assistance are provided for qualified candidates
