Drivers responsible for ensuring the safety of all passengers, including special education students, while operating the assigned bus and for ensuring the assigned bus is in a safe operating condition at all times. PayStarting pay is $23.72 per hour and can go up to $28.94 per hour pending experience.The district is offering a hiring bonus of $2,000 for potential candidate who already have their CDL with a School Bus S Endorsement and a Passenger P Endorsement.BenefitsThe Board covers a significant portion of insurance premiums, paying 90% for Health, 95% for Dental, and 60% for Vision. For those enrolled in an HSA, the district contributes annual funds of $2,000 for family plans or $1,100 for single plans.
