About the Position Unlike traditional school bus routes, our drivers do not make house-to-house stops. Millennium Charter Academy operates several established routes with designated community pickup and drop-off locations, including:

Drivers are responsible for safely transporting students to and from Millennium Charter Academy while providing a positive and professional experience for our students and families.

Responsibilities Safely operate a school bus on an assigned morning and afternoon route Pick up and drop off students at designated route stops Maintain a safe and orderly environment on the bus Complete required pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections Follow all applicable school transportation and safety requirements Communicate professionally with students, parents, and school staff Maintain dependable and punctual attendance Qualifications Valid driver''s license and ability to meet North Carolina school bus driver licensing requirements Safe driving record Dependable, punctual, and responsible Ability to work well with children and families Strong commitment to student safety CDL/school bus driving experience is a plus Don''t currently have your school bus license?
