Application Statement
A person hired as a Bus Driver Trainee is paid $12.00 per hour for a short amount of time in order to get the training to make it possible to take the Bus Driver Test using a MISD school bus after receiving their P & S Endorsement to be able to drive students. The trainee position is NOT a full-time position and should not take more than 6 weeks to become a FT Bus Driver. If a person cannot pass all test to become a FT Bus Driver then employment will not be extended to a permanent position with the district.

TESTS
Must have a CDL Class A or B and be able to pass the P & S Endorsement testing to then complete the bus driver part of the test to become a Bus Driver with all proper endorsements.
