Requirements / Qualifications

Five years of experience as a school bus driver. School Bus Driver Instructor Certificate Valid CA Class B Drivers License, operator s license and accompanying medical certificate, School bus Drivers Certificate issued by the California Highway Patrol, First Aid certificate issued by the American Red Cross or California Highway patrol Ability to. Develop training manuals, conduct emergency evacuation training, student management, perform routine and annual on-the-road driving performance evaluations, and pre-trip inspection tests. Coordinate with CHP School Bus Officers and DMV Representatives.
