About the Role:
Zaza Group LLC is looking for a reliable and professional Bus Operator to join our team in Morristown, NJ. This is a great opportunity for a skilled driver who takes pride in providing safe, on-time transportation and exceptional passenger service every day.



Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a bus along designated routes in and around Morristown, NJ
• Follow all traffic laws, transit regulations, and company safety policies
• Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and fare collection
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure bus is in proper working condition
• Maintain accurate trip logs, incident reports, and other required documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors regarding route updates or delays
• Provide courteous, professional customer service to all passengers

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Previous bus or commercial vehicle driving experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns in the Morristown, NJ area
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and background check
• Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious work ethic
• Strong communication and customer service skills
