Schlesinger’s Steakhouse is looking for a fast, energetic, and dependable Busser to join our busy, high-end restaurant team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who moves with purpose, stays busy without being asked, and understands that great service starts with a clean, organized dining room.

We’re a very busy and successful steakhouse, which means there’s plenty of opportunity to make great tips without having to work a ton of hours. If you’re looking for a part-time position that rewards hard work and hustle, this could be a great fit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Keep tables clean, cleared, and ready for the next guests
• Quickly reset tables during busy services
• Assist servers with delivering food and maintaining great table service
• Keep the dining room, service areas, and side stations clean and stocked
• Refill water and assist with guest needs
• Help keep service moving smoothly during high-volume periods
• Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Fast, energetic, and hardworking
• Hustle is a must!
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to stay on your feet and moving throughout a busy shift
• Great attitude and strong team mentality
• Comfortable working in an upscale, fast-paced environment
• Able to take direction and anticipate what needs to be done
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
• Evening and weekend availability preferred
