Bus Person (On Call)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serves guest in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Responsible for bussing and pre-bussing tables.
• Assist wait staff in serving guests' needs if necessary.
• Reset tables to established specifications.
• Maintain clean and fully stocked work area and side stations.
• Remove all dirty dishes from dining area and restock stations with clean items.
• Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Health Department Codes.
• Relays all guest compliments and complaints to Food & Beverage Shift Managers and Outlet Managers.
• Promotes outstanding internal and external guest relations.
• Promotes honesty and trust among the team.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• One (1) year bussing experience.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift Forty (40) pounds without difficulty.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
