The Bus Person is responsible for providing guests with efficient and friendly service while maintaining a clean dining environment to ensure our guests return visit.
Duties:
• Sincerely greet each guest at their table and genuinely thank the guests. • Know the script and hours of operation of restaurants. • Provides initial and ongoing beverage service for the guest. • Responsible for clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables. • Complete shift side work requirements. • Responsible for maintaining the required levels of supplies in the dining room. • Adheres to all department requirements, including proper food safety and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age. • A minimum of six months bussing experience is preferred. • Must be flexible to work any day of the week and any shift. • Must be able to repeatedly lift 40 lbs. to chest. • Excellent customer relations and communication skills. • Ability to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner. • Must be able to speak and understand English.
