Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with 6+ months of relevant experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, and documentation quality.
- Ability to navigate complex, interconnected systems and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organization, and adaptability.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Reader, spreadsheets, and data management.
- Ability to learn proprietary systems and manage changing priorities.
