Job Title: Business Process Improvement Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite 4 days/week, Remote Fridays)

Duration: 12 Months | 40 hrs/week

Pay Rate: $60–65/hr (W2)

Must-Have Skills (Screening Critical)

  • Strong attention to detail & data accuracy
  • Experience working with complex systems & product data
  • Cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment
  • Experience with:
    • PLM systems (Product Lifecycle Management)
    • BOM creation & product setup
    • Change Notifications (CN) / Change Control
  • Proficiency in Excel and documentation tools

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years experience
    (or Master’s + 6+ months)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product setup & changes in PLM systems (BOM, attributes, CNs)
  • Support eManuals release (staging, verification, publishing)
  • Handle Device Master Record (DMR) & UDI data
  • Perform labeling/packaging review & quality audits
  • Ensure compliance with quality systems (FDA/GMP/ISO)
  • Analyze processes and support process improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma)
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement product releases

Nice to Have

  • Medical device / regulated industry experience
  • Knowledge of FDA, ISO, GMP standards
  • Experience with UDI, labeling, packaging
  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies
