Evening & Weekend Position

Join the excitement of one of Florida's premier haunted attractions in a seasonal leadership role where every night brings new challenges and unforgettable experiences. Scream-A-Geddon is searching for an energetic, dependable, and a highly motivated individual to join our management team as our Bus Driver / Zombie Paintball Manager. This is a dual-role position that combines guest transportation, attraction management, and leadership in one of Florida's premier haunted attractions.

Position Summary

As the Bus Driver / Zombie Paintball Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Zombie Paintball attraction while leading and managing the team responsible for transporting guests. This position requires someone who is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, supervising employees, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring guests have an outstanding experience from beginning to end.

This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain organized under pressure during busy event nights.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a school bus to transport guests throughout the park.
• Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure all passengers are transported safely while providing friendly customer service.
• Manage the daily operations of the Zombie Paintball attraction.
• Supervise attraction employees and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Coordinate attraction opening and closing procedures each operating night.
• Monitor guest flow and wait times.
• Ensure all safety policies and operational procedures are followed.
• Assist with training and coaching seasonal team members.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate with upper management regarding staffing, maintenance, and operational needs.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and overall presentation of both operational areas.
• Work closely with other department managers to ensure smooth nightly operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous experience driving a school bus or commercial passenger vehicle is preferred.
• CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements is preferred (or ability to obtain if required).
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple areas simultaneously.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-volume environments.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.

Schedule & Availability

Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during our operating season.

Our 2026 Operating Dates:

• August: 22, 23, 24, 28, & 29
• September: 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, & 24–30
• October:1–31
• November: 1

Please note: From September 24 through November 1, Scream-A-Geddon operates continuously on scheduled event nights, making full availability during this period highly preferred.
