Pay Rate: Up to $64/hr on W2

Introduction

The role involves assisting with the design, implementation, and ongoing management of digital & data products and services to transform the experiences of patients, families, and staff. The candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to articulate business requirements, build user stories, and identify value propositions, while conducting market research to find innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product/business analysis.
• Experience in a Cerner (Oracle Health) environment.
• Development abilities in visualization tools (Tableau and Power BI).
• Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare IS environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Resolve customer questions and complaints efficiently.
• Design and develop solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and business transformation initiatives.
