Business Administration Representative
Location: New York, NY 10172
Pay rate: $29/hr W2
12 months contract
The Business Administration Representative will support the Transaction Banking Department by handling customer data registration and onboarding for cash management products. This role involves processing customer setups in internal systems, managing billing database entries, and responding to inquiries primarily via email. The position requires strong collaboration with Client Services, Back Office Operations, Product Teams, and other internal departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services
BA/BS degree preferred
Strong multitasking, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and proactively follow up on tasks
Japanese language skills a plus, but not required
