Performance-based incentives may be provided.Position SummaryReporting to the Senior Business Advisor/Team Leader, the Business Advisor (Korean Speaker) builds relationships with small businesses and referral‑based partnerships, generates a strong pipeline of loan applicants, pre‑screens loan applications for eligibility, packages loans for submission, provides one‑on‑one business coaching, and monitors the performance of their small business loan portfolio after closing.
