Business Advisor – Human Resources ServicesThis position will be responsible for the sales of Human Resources Services, including Human Resources and Payroll Outsourcing Services, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Learning Services. The Business Advisor will utilize a consultative approach to sell G&A HR Solutions to businesses.Reasonable Accommodations StatementTo accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to help enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.ResponsibilitiesDrive the generation of sales revenue for professional employer services in assigned markets.Identify revenue opportunities within assigned accounts through structured prospecting, communications, programs, and other activities as needed, and collaborate with marketing, management, business development, and support.Formulate and present standard and routine proposals in partnership with team members and various functional groups.Assist in developing a budget and price estimates using standard models.Communicate back to internal groups the outcome of the negotiations/proposals, focusing on conveying the expectations set forth for each group, i.e., clear details, critical timeframes, and expectations.Track and report on the status of all proposal components.Act as a liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts.Manage client conference calls and ensure a positive relationship with assigned accounts.Collaborate with team members and various functional groups in developing project plans, defining roles and responsibilities, and the scope of work for each engagement.Facilitate enhancements to communications, tools, capabilities, as well as product and service lines.Participate in cross‑functional groups to establish marketing campaigns, product direction, and productive solutions.Establish and maintain ongoing client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems, and participate in site visits.Additional DutiesPerform other duties as assigned.CompetenciesCommunication – Encourage open communication and build consensus with internal team members and clients.
