Business Analysis Manager

Business Analysis Manager:

• Conducts complex analyses to support critical business decisions.
• Leads financial analysis for determining net present value (NPV), return on investment (ROI), internal rate of return (IRR) and profit loss (P&L).
• Quantifies opportunities and risk and recommends alternatives.
• Provides strategic and tactical recommendations to senior management.
• Conducts research including external benchmarking and utilizes statistical tools and scenario analysis to guide sound financial business decisions.
• Communicates complex financial information and concepts to both financial and business leaders to support and influence decision making.
• Provides coaching, direction and leadership to team members in order to achieve business results.
• Reviews new business proposals, identifies issues, risk and opportunities.
• Executes financial due diligence and explains ramifications of findings and recommendations for project progress.
• Works with cross-functional teams to set targets and deadlines, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results and improve processes.
• Consults with senior management to present data, propose solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Telecommuting permitted up to 20% per week.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Pay Range: $147,084 - $169,500per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, plus 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in finance and accounting field; or a Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, plus 4 years of experience in finance and accounting field.

Must have 4 years of experience in modeling multi-year Technology investments and partnering with multiple teams and leaders, including technology, finance, and accounting teams to secure funding.

Must have 4 years of experience in working with Hyperion OR Anaplan.

Must have 4 years of experience in using capital depreciation modeling.

Must have 4 years of experience in planning, mapping, and budgeting Cloud Infrastructure costs at the project level, for Azure and AWS.

Must have 4 years of experience in leading multi-year technology strategic roadmap OR leading financial sizing of investments.

Must have 4 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams across finance and the business teams.

Must have 4 years of experience in making recommendations to influence decision makers and senior leadership on mitigating risk and highlighting opportunities.

Must have 4 years of technology project management experience to determine total capital, expense spend, and cost savings, and validate business benefits.
