I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Agency requires the services of 1 Business Analyst 2, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Business Analyst 2, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined below for the Agency.

The following describes the work that will be done by Business Analyst Level 2:
  • Support current Agency projects and priorities in the facilitation of gathering themes/epics/user stories/acceptance criteria and analysis of existing requirements documentation.
  • Directly support project and development teams on various initiatives to improve agency effectiveness, compliance with applicable statutes, and enhance service delivery capabilities.
  • Facilitate project development and quality assurance discussions on gathering story points to use for a predictive level of effort model.
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Years Required Experience
  • 4 Required Experience in the field or related field as a senior level Business Analyst (technical/emerging technology)
  • 4 Required Experience with a basic working knowledge of Agile project management methodology/practices
Years Preferred Experience
  • 1 Preferred Experience understanding and documentation of use cases.
  • 1 Preferred Experience process documentation mapping
