Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Boston, MA - Hybrid

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Range: $35 to $40 per hour (DOE)

Job Description:

• Analyze business and data requirements to support reporting, insights, and business decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance business reports and analytical solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Connect BI tools with various data sources and support data integration between systems.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other BI solutions.
• Analyze business trends and data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
• Strong business reporting and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Experience working with BI/reporting tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience connecting BI tools to data sources and integrating data across different platforms.
• Experience with Tableau preferred.
• Experience with Sigma preferred.
• Experience with data cleansing, validation, and data quality management.
• Full-stack data/BI experience is a plus.
• Previous retail industry experience is highly preferred.
